Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an independent programmer, setter, and operator, with proficiency in running fixed head turner machines. This role involves working with two machines, Citizen Miyano and Puma DNT 2600M, and requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

1. Independently program, set up, and operate fixed head turner machines
2. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
3. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal functionality
4. Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines
5. Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a CNC Turner with expertise in independent programming, setting, and operating
2. Proficiency in working with fixed head turner machines, specifically Citizen Miyano and Puma DNT 2600M
3. Strong technical and mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
4. Good understanding of quality control processes and procedures
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Day-to-day

1. Independently setting up and programming fixed head turner machines
2. Operating machines to produce high-quality components
3. Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed
4. Participating in regular maintenance activities to ensure machine functionality
5. Collaborating with the production team to meet production targets
