You're an experienced CNC Machinist but feeling like another number. You're working hard but with little to no reward. You're not feeling like your work is truly making a difference to the success of the company.

We are currently working with a fantastic company in the Oxfordshire area who are smashing it at the moment and looking to bring in a senior CNC Machinist to join their growing business! You will be programming using Fusion 360 (Don't worry, other software experience is acceptable) then setting up and running one of their 2 brand new state of the art DMG or Doosan Lathes on Fanuc controls.

This machine shop is still in its growing stage and has a great atmosphere to it, meaning you will not just be lost in the numbers, but you will be contributing to the success of the company. There is also the potential to join as a Machine shop lead, or quickly progress into this position, where you will be acting as the main liaison between the management team and the shop floor.

So what do you need?

You will need to be experienced in:

CAM programming of CNC Lathes
Setting and operating lathes on Fanuc controls
Leadership/ Senior roles (Preferable)
Mill/ Turn experience (Preferable)
