Are you an experienced CNC Operator or CNC Turner within the Aerospace or Precision Engineering industry? Would you like to work for a family-owned business that is growing?

Our client is a leading component manufacturer that works with a wide range of metal materials and produces parts for the Aerospace industry.

They are looking for a new CNC Turning Machine Operator to join their growing team.

Commutable from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coalville, Measham and Tamworth.

The Role of CNC Operator:
  1. Operating CNC Turning / lathe machines
  2. Producing long runs / batch work
  3. Working on Fanuc-based controls
  4. Working from drawings
  5. Working to tight tolerances
  6. Quality checking parts using various hand tools
  7. Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc
  8. Working independently and as part of a team
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - CNC Turner:
  1. Experience operating CNC turning machines
  2. Able to quality check own parts
  3. Ability to work from engineering drawings
  4. Keen to learn new skills and develop
  5. Motivated and excellent team player
  6. Able to commute to the CV13 area
The Package - CNC Operator:
  1. Starting salary depending on experience
  2. Days, 12 hour shifts, 6-6
  3. 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
  4. Training and progression opportunities
