Job description

CNC Turner We are recruiting a CNC Turner to join an established, forward-thinking employer based in Kelleythorpe, East Yorkshire.

This is a genuine permanent opportunity offering an immediate start and a highly competitive pay rate.

  • 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a 1pm finish on Fridays.

As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up and operating Alpha Colchester and Mazak Lathes.
  • Working with Mazatrol and/or Fanuc controllers.
  • Managing tooling and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Producing precision components to exact drawing specifications.
  • Supporting continuous improvement with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
The successful CNC Turner will:
  • Have previous experience in a machine shop environment.
  • Be confident using Mazatrol and/or Fanuc controllers.
  • Have strong organisational skills to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Be methodical in approach with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
