CNC Turner - Days
Contek are recruiting for a CNC Turner to work in an established and very busy company in Bradford.
This role will require you to Program, Set and Operate a CNC Lathe working a variety of components for a variety of industries where you will be machining low volume complex components.
- Experience as a CNC Turner - Programming, Setting and Operating lathes using Fanuc.
- Comfortable working to complex drawings.
- Experience working with low volume work with components varying in sizes.
- Ability to work alone and off your own initiative or as a team when needed.
- Some inspection of components to ensure machining processes are being carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Experience using Fanuc.
- Apprenticeship served or a solid engineering foundation.
- Ability to program without supervision.
- Ideally used to machining complex components.
