The Role

This is an excellent CNC Team Leader role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The CNC Team Leader will need strong experience in CNC machining and programming, and experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the CNC shop floor team, training new team members, maintaining inventory levels and monitoring machine performance.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

1. Strong experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing environment is a must
2. Experience in CNC machining, knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation
3. HNC qualified in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
4. Well organised, with the ability to communicate clearly
