Shift Pattern

• Night Shift
• 00 - 07.00 (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday)
• 30 - 07.00 (Wednesday)

You will need to be available on day shift (07.00 - 16.00, Monday to Friday) to undergo a training & qualification course for a period of up to 12 weeks. The company run bespoke software and machinery that you will be required to learn prior to transferring to the night shift.

The Role

As a CNC Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the night shift production team, ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machinery and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading a team of CNC operators and machinists.
• Overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines.
• Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Troubleshooting machine issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior CNC Operator.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations, ideally within a wood manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexibility with working hours.
