CNC PROGRAMMER / WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN

We are recruiting for a Workshop Technician to work for our client who is located in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES:

You will be joining a refurb/repair team in the workshop:

1. Creating programmes for the machines using Mazatrol controls.
2. Reading, interpreting, and following engineering drawings to manufacture precision parts.
3. A good eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of quality is essential.
4. Refurbishing and repairing parts using machines.
5. Assembling parts.
6. Inspecting and testing the parts.
7. Using CNC machines and a manual lathe.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience working within a precision manufacturing background.
2. CNC Programming skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.

THE HOURS:
Days shifts:
Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4 pm / Friday 7.30am - 2pm.

THE PAY:
You will earn an annual salary between £28k-34k depending on experience.
