What You Will Do:

1. Program CNC milling machines online directly at the machine, crafting precision components.
2. Utilize your expertise with 3 and 4 axis Siemens-controlled machines for programming and machining tasks.
3. Develop and optimize CNC programs, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency.
4. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate machine programs.
5. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, maintaining production flow.
6. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and implement best practices, while ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

What You Will Bring:

1. Demonstrable experience as a CNC Miller Programmer, with a strong background in online machine programming.
2. Profound knowledge and experience with 4 and 5 axis Siemens-controlled CNC machines.
3. Proficiency in using Fusion 360 for CNC programming is highly desirable but not essential.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
