CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

Duties to Include:

1. Machining a wide range of components from a wide range of different and sometimes difficult materials to tight tolerances.
2. Finishing parts to the required specifications.
3. Quick turnaround set/run on small batch quantities.
4. Oversee unmanned/lights out machining.
5. Review parts produced, drawings or instructions to understand required specifications.
6. Monitor machine while working to achieve optimum outputs.

Skills/Experience required:

1. The ability to read and understand complex drawings.
2. A good eye for detail.
3. Able to work well as part of a team.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
5. To be able to produce first run prototypes.
6. Previous experience in turning, programming, setting and operating.
