About the Role:

As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values expertise and precision in engineering.

Responsibilities:

1. Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
2. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
3. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
4. Work closely with the engineering team to optimize production processes.
5. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in operating and programming CNC Machining Centres using OneCNC or Alphacam.
2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain control systems.
2. Familiarity with 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.

Background in manufacturing components for the window and door industry.
