CNC Programmer/Operator/Setting- Turning & 3 Axis

Luzzo Bespoke are a Low Volume, High Value Engineering business supplying products to Niche Luxury Brands in the Automotive, Aerospace and Lifestyle Industries. We are a small team who deliver exceptional results.

We have an opportunity for a qualified, experienced CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator with turning and 3 axis milling experience to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

1. Hold recognised qualifications in a mechanical manufacturing discipline e.g. toolmaking.
2. Have a minimum of 5 years experience across CNC lathes and 3 axis CNC mills ideally in a high performing environment.
3. Be comfortable using CAM software (we use Gibbs & Hypermill).
4. Have attention to detail, a great work ethic and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
5. Be able to develop end to end machining strategies including tooling, work holding and programming.
6. Able to guide and develop less experienced team members.
7. Be comfortable across the process from CAD model to producing work to a high standard.
8. Be an effective team member and suggest and support improvement activities.
