CNC Lathe Programmer / Operator

Location: Bristol

A well-established and internationally recognised manufacturer who are true specialists in their industry are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer / Operator for their Bristol-based manufacturing site. The company is experiencing ongoing growth and success within its markets.

The Role

1. Be required to create and edit CNC programs from engineering drawings.
2. Produce small to medium batch quantities.
3. Achieve required tolerances.
4. Self-inspection responsibility for quality control.

The Person

1. Ability to create / edit CNC programs from engineering drawings using FANUC controls.
2. Experience as a CNC operator / programmer.
3. Familiarity with lathes.
4. Ability to work other machinery an advantage though training will be provided.
