Location: Leamington Spa
Shift: Days - 39-hours per week
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Our client, a leader in the field of manufacturing with a reputation for innovation and quality, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their fast-paced, dynamic team in Leamington Spa. Your role as a CNC Programmer will be primarily creating and revising programs for CNC Machinery, understanding and interpreting complex technical drawings and CAD, and translating them into executable CNC programs.

CNC Programmer Duties:

1. Creating and optimising CNC programs to create intricate parts and components.
2. Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.
3. Testing and adjusting programs to ensure efficiency and quality.
4. Working with engineers and machinists to assess project requirements and resolve issues related to machine setup and program performance.
5. Keeping detailed records and documentation for machine specifications and programming notes.
6. Staying updated with the latest software and training on new equipment.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations in the workplace.

The ideal CNC Programmer will have:

1. Experience working as a CNC Programmer or similar within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
2. HAAS CNC machines and Fusion 360 software experience, but not essential.
3. Ideally have knowledge or understanding of the automotive industry.
4. Adaptable and flexible attitude, wanting to grow and develop with the company.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 08:00 am - 1:30 pm
