Cnc Operator Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts to precise specifications.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to plan machining operations.
3. Adjust machine settings and input program modifications to optimize performance and accuracy.
4. Conduct regular quality checks on parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programming, tooling, and machining processes.
6. Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operations.
7. Collaborate with the production team to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity.

1. Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer, with strong programming skills.
2. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
3. Solid understanding of CNC machine setup, tooling, and operation.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
