Cnc Operator programmer

Salary: 16.50 - 18.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to plan machining operations.
• Adjust machine settings and input program modifications to optimize performance and accuracy.
• Conduct regular quality checks on parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programming, tooling, and machining processes.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer, with strong programming skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
• Solid understanding of CNC machine setup, tooling, and operation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
