CNC Operator - permanent / nights (4 days working week)

Location: LEICESTER - LE4 area

Contract Type: Permanent

Night Shifts: 8.00pm - 6.00 am Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate up to: £14.00 / ph. (depending on experience)

Overtime Available

Immediate start available

The Role:

1. Operate CNC milling or turning machines in line with agreed production times and customer drawing specifications
2. Select correct tooling, fixtures, and programs from the job setting sheets
3. Produce quality components in line with customer specifications and tolerances
4. Inspect and measure components using a variety of gauges to correct standards
5. Conversant reading of engineering drawings
6. Comply with all Company Health, Safety and Environmental rules and procedures

The Candidate:

1. Previous experience operating CNC machines
2. Knowledge of FANUC controls (or other controls)
3. Attention to detail key
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
