CNC Operator – Southend-On-Sea, Essex
Permanent | Full-Time | £26,000 – £34,000 DOE
Monday to Thursday, 6:45 am – 4:30 pm

An established engineering company in Southend is expanding and looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering long-term security and a 4-day working week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts

• Perform basic edits and routine maintenance

• Complete quality checks and maintain accurate records

• Keep a safe and tidy work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ CNC operating or programming experience

• Strong attention to detail and good maths skills

• Previous work in automotive, aerospace or defence is an advantage

• Must be able to commute to Southend-On-Sea
