Salary: Circa £25-30K
Hours: Monday to Friday, overtime paid at x1.5 after 38hrs
7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (1pm finish on Friday)

E3 Recruitment are working closely with a market leading design and manufacturing automotive business. The company is well-respected both in the UK and Europe and is a market leader in their field.

Location: Tamworth

Responsibilities:

1. Loading large sheets to router machines
2. Loading correct programs from computer library to machine via job card information
3. Adding/removing tools to machines as required
4. Adjusting feeds and speeds locally on machines to improve cut quality
5. Operating more than one machine during long machine cycles
6. Interpreting engineering drawings

Qualifications:
The successful CNC Operator will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to the high standards set by the company and will have a proven track record of operating CNC woodworking machinery, such as routers or other woodworking CNC machines. Working with Homag or Weeke Router machines is preferred but not essential; other woodworking machinery experience would also be considered.
