CNC Operative
Location: Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4TB
Pay: £28.80 per hour + overtime at 1.5x on weekends
Shift Pattern:

1. Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
2. Friday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
3. Optional overtime available Saturday and Sunday mornings

We're working with a leading aerospace engineering client who is looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join their late shift team. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy solving problems, and like being part of a team that values quality and consistency - this could be a great fit.

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience as a CNC Operative (senior level preferred)
2. Skilled in metal CNC work with experience using ISO / Fanuc / G & M codes
3. Familiarity with Mazak machines is a bonus
4. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
5. Confident working independently but also collaborative when it counts
