Job description

We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough who require a

CNC Miller Setter Operator to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying £16.00 - £18.50 per hour (DOE) + Benefits.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm

33 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Peoples Pension.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working within an engineering environment. The right candidate will also have good CNC setting and operating experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for setting and operating up to 5 axis machinery
  2. Must be able to read and interpret technical information
  3. The ability to modify and edit programs as and when required
  4. Familiar with managing and operating Fanuc controls
  5. Deburring components when required
  6. Ability to use a range of precision measuring instruments
  7. Quality checking components
  8. Other general duties when required
Key Requirements:
  1. 3 years experience within a similar environment
  2. Must be PC literate
  3. Excellent attention to detail
