Job description

We are looking for a CNC Miller Setter/Operator for a manufacturer of precision-engineered components.

Staffline is recruiting CNC Miller Setter Operators in Lutterworth.

This role is 39 hours a week, overtime is paid after 39 hours at a 1.5x rate.

We have a selection of morning, afternoon, and night shifts available for this role.

Shifts Available:

1. Morning Shift:
   - Monday - Thursday 7am - 2.30pm
   - Friday - 7am - 2pm.
2. Afternoon Shift:
   - Monday - Thursday 3.30pm - 11.30pm
   - Friday - 3.30pm - 10.30pm
3. Night Shift:
   - Monday - Thursday 11.30pm - 7.30am
   - Friday - 11.30pm - 6.30am

Your Time at Work

As a CNC Miller Setter Operator, your duties include:

1. Ensuring production of parts is planned and run to time frames while ensuring quality throughout the process.
2. Using technical drawings, you will be setting the machinery to ensure accurate manufacturing.
3. Have a keen eye for detail, troubleshoot, and resolve machine issues that may arise.

Requirements:

1. Experience operating CNC machines with 3/5 axis and experience with Fanuc/Mazatrol.
2. HAAS control experience required.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Experience in a similar role.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
