Our well-established client in Burnley is searching for a talented individual to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your work, from interpreting blueprints to programming and operating CNC machines to produce top-quality components.

What you'll do:

1. Operate and Set Milling machines (Experience with Mazak/Mazatrol preferred)
2. Utilize your expertise to ensure all components meet precise specifications
3. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints
4. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes
5. Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest CNC technologies
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What you'll bring:

1. Experienced Op/Setter CNC Milling machines Mazak
2. Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices
3. Experience with Mazak
4. Excellent programming skills and a keen eye for detail
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. A commitment to safety and quality
