Schedule: Monday to Wednesday 8pm to 8am & Thursday 8pm to 6am - 3 Days off

Job Description

The role of CNC Turner, programmer, setter operator will include the following duties:

1. Program Jobs unaided from drawings using Fanuc or Siemens controls.
2. Program jobs with 3+2 axis Milling machines.
3. Load machine with Vices / Fixture.
4. Load the tooling with correct offsets.
5. Upload programs.
6. Run the jobs to completion to our exacting standards.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Milling machines using Fanuc or Siemens controls.
2. Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
3. Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship; however, experience is the overriding factor.
4. Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
5. Produce high-quality work to fine tolerances.
6. Exhibit a professional and self-motivated attitude.
7. Have good organisational & time management skills.
