Job Role: CNC Miller Programmer
Location: Rugby

Shift: Days- 7:30am - 16:45 (Monday-Thursday) 7:30-12:30 (Friday)
Salary: 35,000 - 37,000

CNC Miller Position
The business is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious CNC Miller Programmer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual looking for a new career challenge and the chance to work with a highly regarded precision engineering company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines.
2. Proficient in Heidenhain control systems.
3. Handle offline and online programming tasks.
4. Operate 4-axis milling machines.
5. Work independently and manage own workload.
6. Read and interpret engineering drawings.

The Candidate

1. At least 10 years of experience in CNC milling.
2. Organized, efficient, and able to work to high standards.
3. Knowledge of Mastercam.
4. Experience with Fanuc Controls.
