Hours: Rotating shifts (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)

Days: Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30 | Friday, 07:30 - 12:30
Nights: Monday - Wednesday, 20:30 - 07:00 | Thursday, 20:30 - 06:00

The Role - CNC Machinist
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the production of high-precision components, ensuring they meet exacting quality standards. Your duties will include:

1. Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Siemens controls).
2. Machining components from materials including nickel alloys, stainless steel, titanium, and aluminium.
3. Working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
4. Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings.
5. Using precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
6. Performing in-cycle deburring and machine maintenance.

The Ideal Candidate - CNC Machinist
To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in precision CNC machining.
2. Apprenticeship trained (NVQ Level 3 or higher).
3. Experience with Fanuc CNC controls (essential).
4. Previous experience in industries such as Aerospace, Nuclear, or Power Generation.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
