Job Title: CNC Miller/Programmer
Location: Chroley
Working Hours: 4-Day Working Week (Monday to Thursday)
Salary: £31,700 - £35,500

Job Description:

As a CNC Miller/Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls. You will work closely with our engineering team to produce precision components that meet our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC milling machines using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.
2. Program CNC machines to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications.
3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
4. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes.
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Programmer.
2. Proficiency in using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Flexibility to work a 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday).
