This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. The successful applicant will also be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and optimise CNC programmes for milling and fabrication processes.
  2. Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and materials are used.
  3. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
  5. Utilise hand tools and materials handling techniques to assist in the assembly of components.
  6. Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
  7. Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices while working in the warehouse environment.
  8. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling as required.

Qualifications
