About the Role

Our Client is an AS9100 accredited company, providing forward-thinking, modern precision engineering for over 50 years. We specialise in motorsport (F1), aerospace, and medical precision engineering.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our established team. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career and growth position within our ever-growing business. They must be a strong team player.

This role requires a highly skilled CNC Miller capable of working with 3-4-5 axis CNC milling (experience with higher axes is a bonus). Excellent communication skills are essential.

Quality is at the core of what we do; therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to understand and instil our quality requirements.

The successful candidate must be dynamic and hands-on to meet the demanding delivery requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Ability to program, set, and run up to and including CNC 3-4-5 axis milling machinery (experience with Haas via OneCNC or HyperMILL is not essential)
2. Ensure delivery dates and internal milestones are met

Qualifications and Skills

1. Ability to read technical drawings
2. Extensive experience in milling is essential
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. Strong organisational skills with a forward-thinking approach
5. Team player
6. Experience using CMMs
7. Computer literate
