CNC Programmer - (Milling) | High-Precision Aerospace Components
Day Shift: £45,000 - £55,000 p.a.
Night Shift: £60,000 - £70,000 p.a. (Mon-Thurs, 5pm - 3am)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join a well-established precision engineering company manufacturing high-accuracy components for the aerospace industry. This role offers a mix of offline programming and hands-on machining, perfect for someone who enjoys small-batch, high-tolerance work.

Your Role:
  1. Offline programming up to 5-axis using Mastercam.
  2. Setting & proving out first-off components as required.
  3. Working on small batch sizes & one-off precision components.
  4. Ensuring parts meet strict aerospace standards with high accuracy.
What You'll Need:
  1. Proven experience in CNC milling programming, ideally with Edgecam/Mastercam (other software considered).
  2. Strong background in precision engineering & aerospace machining.
  3. Ability to set up, prove out, and inspect first-off components.
  4. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
