An established industry player is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their innovative team. This role involves setting and operating CNC milling machines and surface grinders, ensuring high-quality standards in the manufacture and repair of elastomer and plastic molds. Salary: Up to £17 per hour (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits package
Overtime: Eligible and paid at x1.5

Job Summary:
In this role, you will set and operate CNC milling machines and Surface Grinders in the manufacture and repair of elastomer & plastic moulds, press-tools and other tooling components. You will demonstrate a proactive mindset for process development, assist in increasing automation and utilisation of equipment, support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities, whilst supporting colleagues and Managers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives. You will comply with the company’s safety, environmental and quality policies at all times.
