Shift Pattern

Early Shift: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
Late Shift: 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
No consecutive early/late shifts
177 working days per year
Average of 25 weekends worked per year
Employees will rotate between both shifts on a continental shift basis

CNC Machinist Role

Working within a busy CNC department, you will be responsible for:

Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines (Bridgeport, Hurco, Protrack)
Editing programs at the machine
Basic machine/tool maintenance
Producing low-batch, high-precision components
Self-inspecting machined parts
Deburring components

What We're Looking For

Several years of CNC machining experience
Ability to confidently set and operate CNC mills and lathes
Strong self-inspection skills
Mechanical apprenticeship is ideal
Experience with 5S, Continuous Improvement, Kanban, or CMM inspection is a bonus
