Job Opportunity: CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator

Location: Poole, Dorset
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week
Shift: 7am/8am start - 4pm/5pm finish
Salary: Up to £21 per hour, depending on experience
Holidays: 25 days

About the Role:
We are seeking a fully skilled CNC Miller/Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team. If you have a strong engineering background and experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating, we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program, set, and operate CNC milling and turning machines.
2. Ensure precision and quality of machined parts.
3. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
4. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a CNC programmer/setter/operator.
2. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
