Job description

Position: CNC Machinist / Operator
Salary: Starting around £13.00 up to £17.50 per hour + shift premium, depending on experience, plus overtime at time and a half and benefits
Hours: Monday to Thursday - afternoon shift - 2.45pm to midnight (37 hours)
Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
2. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
3. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a CNC machinist/operator.
2. Strong understanding of CNC programming and tooling.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
4. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
