Location: Southam in Warwickshire. Easy to get to from Leamington Spa, Warwick, South Coventry, Banbury, Crick, Kineton, Daventry and surrounding areas.

Position Type: Permanent

Salary: Good - (details on application - much depends on your skill level and experience) + Private medical insurance + Good pension + annual bonus + 31 days holidays (inclusive of bank holidays) which is extended after 2 years' service.

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5:00pm finishing at 4:00pm on a Friday. Days only - no shifts - no nights - and no ridiculously early starts. 1 hour lunch.

About the Company: This position is working for one of the best engineering companies in the area. It is very clean, very well run and the people who work at the company are good to work with. This is a precision engineering company manufacturing low volume specialist engineering items. This isn't production work. There is a small team of engineers - you are more than just a number at this company. The company is secure - which is essential these days.

About the Job: The job is operating and setting 3 and 5 Axis CNC Machines (HAAS experience would be ideal). You will need experience in this type of work. You will need to be able to work in a very small team - often working unsupervised. You will have good experience setting and operating 3 and 5 axis Milling machines working to drawings and able to make adjustments to programs. Extra training is available for development if you have experience using CNC Milling machines. Good housekeeping is essential - they keep the shop floor really clean and tidy. 3 and/or 5 Axis machining experience is essential. This is working with Aluminium, Mild steel and Stainless steel. HND/HNC Mechanical Engineering would be great but not essential.
