6:45-3:30 Mon to Thursday - Online programming Friday 6:45 - 12:30

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
