Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit three new CNC Machinists to join our expanding team.

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking to join a world-class manufacturing team? Colt Precision, a leading subcontractor in the medical industry, specializes in the production of high-precision medical instruments. We are seeking dedicated and experienced CNC Machinists to contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision medical components.
2. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure products meet exacting quality standards.
3. Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision.
4. Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and industry standards.
6. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes and efficiency.

About you:

Essential Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, ideally in the medical or precision engineering industry.
2. Previous experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.
3. Strong understanding of engineering drawings.
4. Ability to work with tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Requirements:

1. Previous experience in setting and operating Doosan machines.
2. Previous experience in setting Star CNC machines.
3. Experience with Fusion 360.
