Job description
CNC Machinist required to join a well-established precision engineering company that specialise in making components for the medical, aerospace, surveillance and automotive sectors based in the Sevenoaks area.
The successful candidate will be expected to assist with Programming Setting and Operating a range of Fanuc controlled CNC Machines.
- Program Set and Operate a range of Fanuc controlled CNC machines
- Uploading existing programs to machinery, carrying out editing where required
- Reporting any production issues that may occur
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Previous experience within a CNC Milling or Turning position
- Apprentice served would be preferred
- Programming Setting and Operating experience (editing programs is acceptable)
- Fanuc controls experience is very advantageous
- Must live within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks
- Permanent - Full time
- Monday to Thursday - 40 hours (4 day week!)
- 28 days holiday including BH
