Your Role

  1. Set up & operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision parts.
  2. Check accuracy of parts using various measurement tools to ensure they meet engineering drawings.
  3. Adjust offsets to correct any errors and maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Work closely with the pre-setter to ensure correct tooling setup.
  5. Inspect first-off parts and collaborate with your team on inspections.
  6. Participate in lean manufacturing practices, including Kaizen and 5S for continuous improvement.
  7. Maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and support operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience with CNC turning and milling machines.
  2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Aerospace experience is a plus.
  5. Apprenticeship-qualified or similar experience in CNC machining.
