Full Time Position

Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering Manufacturing client who are actively seeking a CNC Machinist - Turner on a Full Time basis.

An opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to manage the day to day running of our client Precision Engineering machine shop.

The role will include:

1. Setting, operating and programming multi-axis machining centre
2. Complete multi-tool set ups
3. Manual checks of components
4. Compliance to all technical documentation
5. Milling & Turning work to a high standard
6. Prioritising jobs based on delivery dates and the needs of the business

In order to apply, you will have:

1. Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge
2. Experience with Fanuc Controls
3. Able to read technical drawings and produce work to drawing specifications
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Experience on lathe and milling machines
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Exceptional time management with the ability to meet critical deadlines
8. The ability to think on your feet
