CNC Machine Setter

The Role: CNC Machine Setter – Southend - £35,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machine setter who is looking for some work-life-balance with a four-day working week.

Based in Southend, Essex, you will be joining a well-established engineering business employing a friendly and supportive team, offering a rare opportunity to develop new skills to enhance your level of experience and expertise.

In return, we are looking for someone who can confidently set up a CNC machine with a Fanuc control.

Duties will include:

1. Setting and running of a Fixed Head and Sliding Head machine (or similar)
2. Setting and running of a Twin Spindle Twin Turret
3. Interpretation of engineering drawings
4. Running high quality, fine limit small batch work
5. Quality control

The Package

1. 39 hours a week Monday to Thursday 6:45am - 4:30pm
2. Salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
