CNC Machine Operator (3rd Shift)

Job Description

Pay Rate: $19-24

Hours: 3rd Shift - 10:30pm - 7am

Job Overview:
A CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts. Equipment includes lathes, mills, grinders, and manual tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers to ensure precision
2. Follow written procedures and work instructions
3. Assemble and disassemble jigs, tools, and fixtures as needed
4. Maintain dimensional and visual quality standards
5. Handle materials safely and responsibly
6. Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
7. Adhere to all workplace policies and safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (experience may be considered in place of formal education)
2. Previous experience in CNC machining (mills, lathes, or grinding required)
3. CNC certification or training
4. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
5. Dependable with a strong work ethic and flexibility for overtime when necessary
