Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 5:45 AM - 3:45 PM
Pay: $16/hr to start, with a pay increase upon permanent hire

What You’ll Do:

1. Set up, operate, and maintain CNC or screw machines to produce precision parts
2. Monitor production and make adjustments to ensure quality output
3. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
5. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience operating CNC or screw machines (but not required)
2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics (a plus!)
3. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
4. Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
