NexGen Consultancy LTD are currently recruiting for a CNC Laser and Press Brake Manager to join our client based in Draycott, Derbyshire.

Our client is a global leading manufacturer specialising within the food industry.

They are seeking an experienced CNC Laser & Press Brake Section Manager to oversee and enhance our internal laser cutting, folding, and fabrication section. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day machine operation
2. Organise and plan laser cutting, folding, and fabrication processes
3. Carry out all pre-fold tasks, including programming
4. Troubleshoot any folding issues
5. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
6. Ensure quality control procedures are followed and maintained
7. Conduct interviews and support recruitment within the section

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experienced in setting up and operating CNC laser cutting and press brake machines
2. Proficient in Lantek CAM and Amada software
3. Able to work quickly and accurately in a high-technology environment
4. Proven leadership experience, with a focus on safety and efficiency
5. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
6. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability
