You will be working for an internationally-renowned manufacturer with over 150 years of expertise within the sporting and luxury industry. They operate from a modern facility with a close-knit and skilled team.

In this Monday - Friday days-based position, you will be managing a fully-equipped and well-invested workshop. You will oversee a team of CNC machinists ensuring quality, continuous improvement, and efficient manufacturing.

This role would suit an experienced Machinist looking to step up into a Senior management role where you will build and develop your own team and processes through autonomy and flexibility.

The Role:

1. Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm / 1pm Finish Friday)
2. Workshop-based role
3. Management of CNC / Machinist team
4. Oversee quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing processes

The Candidate:

1. CNC Miller / Turner / Programmer / Machinist
2. Senior, Team Leader, Manager, Lead, Supervisor
3. Commutable to central Birmingham
