£35,000-£40,000 + DAYS BASED ROLE + OFF THE TOOLS + HYBRID/WORK FROM HOME ROLE + Pension + Full training + 38 days holiday

In this Monday to Friday, days-based role, you will work with small groups of learners, teaching CNC milling and CNC turning, with a focus on practical CNC machining techniques. The ideal candidate will be a time-served CNC miller and CNC turner who wants to move off the tools into a training role. The Role:

1. Full training provided
2. Working with small groups of learners
3. Teaching and mentoring individuals in CNC milling and CNC turning techniques
4. Developing and preparing schemes of work and lesson plans
5. Planning, preparing, and conducting assessments of competence against awarding body standards
6. Ensuring all relevant paperwork relating to training, assessments, and company business is completed on time and accurately

The Person:

1. Come from a CNC machining background
2. Candidates with CNC milling and CNC turning experience are encouraged to apply
3. Interested in transitioning into a trainer role
4. Time-served, ideally with an engineering qualification
