The Company

My client in Coventry are an industry leading manufacturer, supplying in a range of industries. They are looking for a CNC Cell Leader with strong milling experience to lead their team on the day shift. If you have experience with Mazak CNC machines and Fanuc controls, this is the role for you!

The Role

1. Overseeing a team of 7/8 CNC operators in the milling department
2. Overseeing production operations whilst on shift to ensure KPIs are met
3. Implementing processes and ensuring H&S regulations are followed at all teams
4. Leading start and end of shift team meetings
5. Resolving quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions

Key Skills

1. Experience in CNC Milling
2. Experience with Mazak, Haas and Mazzari CNC machines
3. Ability to set, operate and understand CNC programmes using Fanuc controls
