CNC 5-Axis Programmer/Operator

Are you an experienced CNC professional? Rhino Recruitment are seeking a CNC Milling 5 AXIS Programmer/Setter/Operator with extensive experience in Hypermill offline programming and 5-axis mills. Proficiency in Fanuc and Siemens programming is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Program, set, and operate 5-axis CNC machines.
2. Create programs using CAD/CAM packages.
3. Select tooling and work holding systems.
4. Safely operate machines and prevent crashes.
5. Inspect and deburr parts.
6. Use manual overrides to control feed rates.
7. Maintain accurate documentation and clock on/off jobs using SFDC.
8. Suggest process improvements and conduct part marking.
9. Train and mentor team members.
10. Use metrology and CMM equipment.

Requirements:

1. Driving license.
2. Solidworks or similar CAD experience.
3. Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and computer literacy.
5. Commitment to safety and quality.
