CMM Quality Inspector (Oil & Gas / Aerospace) - NIGHT SHIFT
£20.00 - £21.00 per hour

The Company
A well-established manufacturer of high-quality precision aerospace machined components is looking for an experienced CMM Quality Inspector to join their team. The company provides precision parts to a wide range of industries including aerospace and Oil & Gas in their modern and fast-paced machining facility.

The Role - CMM Quality Inspector
As a successful CMM Quality Inspector, you will be required to inspect precision engineered components.

Duties - CMM Quality Inspector

  1. First off inspection and final inspection in a subcontract machining environment.
  2. Using inspection measurement equipment such as Micrometers, Verniers, Gauges.
  3. First article inspection reporting.

Requirements - CMM Quality Inspector

  1. Experience using inspection measurement equipment.
  2. Knowledge of inspection measurement equipment.
  3. Good understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements.
  4. First article inspection reporting.
  5. Root cause analysis and resolution, including rework of parts.
  6. Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
  7. Good communication and computer literacy.
  8. Working knowledge of Excel.
  9. CMM experience.
  10. Subcontract machining environment experience.

Hours of Work - CMM
Monday - Thursday - NIGHT SHIFT

Salary
£20.00 - £21.00 Per Hour
