CMM Inspector

Location: Near Aldermaston, Berkshire
Contract Duration: Ongoing
Pay Rate: £23-25 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Day Shift)

In this key role, you will ensure exceptional quality standards by:

1. Performing accurate inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
2. Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings.
3. Utilising hand tools and precision measurement equipment.
4. Documenting and reporting inspection results with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Ensuring all inspections meet strict quality control standards and specifications.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Inspector within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
2. Hands-on CMM operation experience (Mitutoyo, PC-DMIS, M-Cosmos, Aberlink etc).
3. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
